RAÚL COB – HEAD CHEF

Originally from Valencia, Spain, Chef Cob brings with him passion, excellence and over 25 years of experience. "One of the 15 Most influential Chefs in Spain" and "Ambassador of the Paella" are just a couple of the awards this Top Chef has received over the years.

Raúl began his career in Valencia, where he mastered his technique and proceeded to open his own restaurant, El Cabanyal, which quickly gained fame as one of the best places to find fish, seafood, and paella in the area.

Chef Cob is most famous for his incredibly delicious Paella (one of the extraordinary dishes in Spanish Cuisine) and was recently awarded ‘Best Chef’ by Wikipaella, an organization dedicated to the recognition and promotion of the authentic paella. 

Raul is a chef committed to Spanish gastronomy and the Mediterranean diet and is passionate about using locally-sourced and seasonal ingredients; adapting his cuisine to local flavors and products.

Chef Raúl is enthusiastic about providing the best in Spanish gastronomy while showcasing food from his own culture and heart. His energy is friendly and inspiring, and we are delighted to have him leading our culinary program.
