Learn From The Master - Become a Master!
Join Chef Raúl Cob for an intimate and interactive cooking class where you’ll learn traditional techniques while preparing your very own paella over an open flame. Wine and tapas will be provided to fuel your creative culinary process.
Where: The Aventura Back Patio
Who: Perfect for couples or small groups of friends, this class is restricted to four tables of four masters-in-training.
How: We’ll provide everything! Ingredients, tools, recipes and of course - expert instruction.
What: Paella Valenciana: Spanish rice, chicken, rabbit, white beans, green beans, tomato, garlic, paprika, saffron, rosemary (and perhaps a few secret ingredients).

Note: A signed waiver will be required for attendees of this event as we will be utilizing sharp cooking instruments and will be cooking using open flames.
